HARTFORD — Governor Dannel Malloy holds a news briefing to provide updates on the storm in advance of the afternoon commute.
Earlier today, Gov. Malloy partially activated the state’s Emergency Operations Center to monitor storm conditions across the state and prepare for winter weather that may have an impact on afternoon travel.
