WATERBURY — Police in Waterbury are warning residents about suspected heroin bags associated with overdoses in the city.
The “numerous” cases happening over a 72-hour period.
Police say the reported heroin was in small white bags with the words “this and that” written in red.
Waterbury police are urging anyone who sees these bags to use extreme caution and report it to police immediately.
