NEW HAVEN — The New Haven Police Department is investigating how a woman ended up naked on the sidewalk near 13 Rock Creek Road.
New Haven police said the woman was found naked but wasn’t bound, restricted or harmed in any way. They said she admitted blood found on her was a “normal female occurrence.”
