Police say 29 year-old Maxwell Nucci was at the wheel when the truck he was driving crashed into a building at the Laurel Glen apartment complex on Buddington Road around 7:20 p.m. Monday night.

According to police, Nucci also had a three year-old in the truck with him at the time of the crash. The girl was taken to a local hospital and treated for a head laceration.

As far as the building, officials say there is no significant structural damage.
