TORRINGTON — Officials say due to flooding, Summer Street in Torrington is closed. The street was closed most of the overnight hours.
Officials haven’t said yet if the road has been reopened.
There was a Flash Flood Watch across parts of the state until Thursday morning, following a week of on and off showers and downpours.
