COLCHESTER — State police says 23-year-old Brooke Rafala has been found and is safe.
Rafala had last been seen in Colchester and was missing for over 48 hours. State police had been conducting a search at Ruby Cohen Pond off McDonald Road. But early Saturday morning police said she was found about midnight. She’s being treated for some “minor injuries”.
Silver Alerts are issued by law enforcement agencies for missing people of all ages. Amber Alerts are issued for children who are believed to be in danger.
