MERIDEN — Police say a man is in critical condition after a motorcycle crash in Meriden.
Police say the crash happened just after 9:30 p.m. in the area of 435 Research Parkway.
When officers arrived to the scene, they found a 2005 Harley Davidson laying off the side of the road. Police say the biker was on the ground, suffering from head trauma, and injuries to his arm and lower body.
The fire department, and ambulance crews treated the man who was in his late 50’s. He was rushed to Hartford Hospital, and is currently listed in critical condition.
His name isn’t being released at the time.
Police say the biker was traveling north on Research Parkway at a high rate of speed. He went off the roadway to his left, and crashed.
