EAST HARTFORD — Police say Joseph Pina, a homeless man, was arrested after he crashed a stolen car into a house.
Police confirm that the car crashed into the front staircase of 14 Larrabee Street. It’s unknown if there were any injuries to anyone inside.
East Hartford police have not yet said what Pina will be charged with.
