WEST HARTFORD -- Crews are continuing to clean up after a sewer pipe line in West Hartford collapsed Wednesday afternoon.

The 4 foot upstream of sewage came up a manhole just opposite of 55 Linbrook Road. MDC is working to remove the collapse in order for crews to assess the damage. The inspection has to happen before crews can repair the line. It's unknown when the repair will happen.

Normal server service has been re-established to the homes, and driveway ramps have been installed over the sewage.

Linbrook Road will remain closed to thru traffic, with only local traffic allowed from North Main to the west loop of Montclair Drive.
