I got rear-ended on the highway last fall injuring both my neck and back! An ambulance took me to the ER and I followed up with my primary doctor, but then I switched to the VA where I got an MRI and am doing physical therapy.
I’m a disabled vet on Medicaid and have $1,000 in med pay on my car but keep getting medical bills in the mail. Shouldn’t the lady who hit me have to pay them??
