HARTFORD — A massive water main break is causing headaches this morning in Hartford.
Police say the water main break is on Collins Street between Garden and Huntington Street. Collins Street is closed between Garden and Huntington. Ashley Street is also closed between Garden and Huntington.
MDC says it was a 16 inch main that broke. It’s unknown at this time how long it will take to repair.
