The Real Story: Another crumbling foundation in Tolland, not at a home, but at a school

It was discovered at Birch Grove Primary School, and in this case, the situation cannot be remedied by simply replacing the foundation. The school must be rebuilt, at a cost of tens of millions of dollars. The state, however, has already agreed to help pay for it, and there’s hope for federal funding, if a measure proposed by Congressman Joe Courtney is passed.
