KILLINGLY — A puppy was rescued by firefighters in Killingly Sunday after it fell into a well.
According to the South Killingly Fire Department’s Facebook page, the 16 week old puppy fell down an eight foot well while it was walking off Wright Road.
Firefighter Levi Davis was lowered into the well and to hoist the dog out of the well.
The dog suffered no injuries and was happily with its owner.
