Recently my friends and I were out celebrating and I had a few to many drinks.
I wound up running off the road and hitting some guard rail and eventually a tree.
We were both injured and now he is suing me and the bar we were at.
While I admit I shouldn't have been driving, do I have any rights?
Please help, I feel bad enough already!
