WILLIMANTIC -- State Police said the Eastern District Major Crimes is investigating a 'suspicious incident' involving a 2-year-old.
State Police said a 2 year old child in serious condition at Connecticut Children's Medical Center.
The case is an an active investigation. No arrests have been made
Police said two previous calls to that address were for minor complaints; including loud music.
Detectives have been seen entering the building at 201 Scott Road, Willimantic.
