WETHERSFIELD -- State police say 31-year-old Hartford resident Julio Rodriguez was killed in a motorcycle crash overnight.
According to police, Rodriguez and another man, 24-year-old Charles Wooding from Vernon, were driving on Route 15 northbound in Wethersfield when they both lost control and struck the right shoulder metal guide rail.
Wooding was taken to Hartford Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the scene.
