STAMFORD -- Michelle Troconis faced a judge for the fourth time since her boyfriend’s estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos, disappeared back in May.

Troconis and Fotis Dulos are both charged in connection with Jennifer’s disappearance. Both have pleaded not guilty and both are out on bond.

Thursday morning, Troconis entered Stamford Superior Court several weeks after a judge approved her request to leave the state to visit a relative in New York. A judge granted that request with one condition being that she was required to continue wearing a GPS monitoring device the whole time.

It was revealed Thursday by court officials that Troconis only went to New York for one day after a judge granted her permission, but she had to return the next day because her GPS monitoring device was not properly working. But, her attorneys said her device is now working.

As Troconis and her attorneys left court, they declined to comment.

The case was continued to August 19.
