NEW HAVEN — Police are investigating after a person was stabbed Sunday afternoon.
Police said the stabbing took place 1564 Chapel St.
The victim sustained a stab wound to her abdomen and was transported by ambulance to Yale New Haven Hospital. NHPD Investigative Services detectives responded to the scene.
The victim remains hospitalized in stable condition.
