HARTFORD- Police have arrested a suspect in a stabbing that happened early Wednesday.
Police said a man was stabbed several times in the chest early Wednesday morning in the area of 112 Webster Street in an argument over drugs.
Police said the 33-year-old victim was taken to the hospital and was alert and conscious.
A person of interest was detained later, police say, after the vehicle that the victim was stabbed in was found in Vernon.
Police said Ruben Cortez, 42, was charge with Assault 1st, Carrying a Dangerous Weapon. He was held on $100,000
