NEW HAVEN — Police are investigating a shooting in the area of Spring Street between Dewitt Street and Howard Avenue Friday evening.
Police found a 29 year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to the hospital, were his injuries were determined to be critical and unstable.
The investigation regarding the shooting remains ongoing.
