SOUTH WINDSOR — Police they located the body of Kurran S. Rai, who had been missing since November 7th.
Police said about 2 p.m. South Windsor Police detectives located the missing vehicle in Manchester. The vehicle contained the body of Rai. Police said his death does not appear suspicious. The cause and manner of death is under investigation by both Manchester Police investigators and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
