PRESTON – Preston Fire Department is responding to a structure fire on Route 164.
The fire closed down Preston Plains Road between Meadow Lane and Deerbrook Road.
The fire required mutual aid from surrounding towns, such as Norwich.
There is no information at this time about the cause or if there are any victims / occupants.
The road has re-opened.
