NEW HAVEN — New Haven Mayor Justin Elicker and his transition team announced his goals for the city in the coming year.
The goals came about after two public meetings with nearly 500 participants; 112 emailed suggestions; 353 survey responses; and 68 meetings with City staff, officials, leaders, educators, and neighbors.
