FAIRFIELD, Conn. — The team at Fred 06825 snapped pictures when actor Adam Sandler stopped by to pick up some of his deli favorites to break his Yom Kippur fast.
Owner Fred Kaskowitz said the star made the pitstop on his way from New Hampshire to Pennsylvania and he was a welcome guest.
"In the time of COVID, and the political turmoil, it was something good for people to latch onto and comment on Facebook," said Kaskowtiz. "And everything was positive, there was no negativity."
For those wondering what the Billy Madison and 50 First Dates star order, the staff said Sandler got a whole bunch of food like meatballs and chicken cutlets.
