HARTFORD, Conn. — If they already have a 2025 calendar, comedy fans in Connecticut can circle May 17 because that is the day critically acclaimed comedian Katt Williams will perform at the XL Center in downtown Hartford.
The May 17, 2025 appearance will be part of Williams’ “Heaven on Earth Tour”, which kicks off next January. Coming off his Netflix comedy special “Woke Foke”, Williams is set to perform at venues across the country, according to a release from North American Entertainment Group, which is producing the tour.
Tickets will be available beginning with a presale next Wednesday at 10 a.m. The general sale will start next Friday at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster.com, the release said.
Next May’s show will begin at 8 p.m. at the XL Center located at 1 Civic Center Plaza in Hartford. Not including taxes and fees, ticket prices range from $64 to $355 and can be purchased here; the presale code is KW25.
Williams has been performing for over 20 years, according to the release, which said he has “earned a worldwide reputation as one of today’s top entertainers, having developed a career seeded with thousands of sold-out arenas, an expansive list of starring roles on the small screen and memorable performances in box office hits.”
The release said Williams began performing standup as a teenager and has a unique style of standup that combines “articulate and sharp dialogue rooted in conversations reflecting the American political landscape.”
Williams earned a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for his work on “Atlanta” in 2018.
Hartford will be the last stop of Williams’ “Heaven on Earth Tour,” which will visit 19 American cities next winter and spring.
