On Sunday, head to the Hillstead Museum in Farmington to enjoy their Halloween on the Hill event! You can partake in a festive, candy-filled afternoon at the historic museum, which will be recorded for Halloween. Families can go around the museum and knock on doors to get treats and other fun surprises. The event is for all ages, and costumes are encouraged.

Have a flight at the New England Air Museum on Saturday for their Halloween in the Hangars Brew Fest! This indoor craft beer festival is held after hours in the largest aviation museum in the northeast! There will be over 20 local breweries in attendance, live music, and three food trucks that include Bear's BBQ. There will also be a costume contest with prizes, so be creative! If you're looking for something to do with the kids, the museum is also hosting a special open cockpit and trick-or-treating event during the day.

Milford is transforming for their Hall-O-Weekend event! Beginning Friday night, the town is hosting an outdoor movie night on the green, eating the movie Hocus Pocus! The Nathan Hale Homestead in Coventry wants to help you get into the season's spirit! Prepare to be scared while surrounded by the history that spawned all of the stories! Hear long-standing and new Homestead ghost stories from staff members and spooky encounters reported by guests. This is not recommended for children. The tours run Thursdays and Fridays beginning this week and to Halloween, Oct. 31.
