CONNECTICUT, USA — It's the first weekend of September and we're unofficially in autumn territory! While there is the chance for some showers, it doesn't mean this weekend is a wash out.

The fair will be held from Tuesday to Sunday and will feature livestock, rides, bands, magic shows, food trucks, exhibits, children's attractions, and more! Saturday is also the home opener for UConn Huskies football at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field in East Hartford! Autumn marks the start of football season and this is a perfect way to kick off the season! The Huskies will be facing off with the Merrimack Warriors. This will be the first ever football match between the two teams! Fans are invited to head over early in the morning and cheer on the team as they arrive at the stadium for the Husky Walk.
