MASHANTUCKET, Conn. — We're turning up the heat as "Hell's Kitchen" returns to FOX for Season 23 on Thursday, Sept. 26.
Seasons 23 and 24 of the hit cooking competition show were filmed over the summer for the first time on the East Coast, right here in Connecticut at Foxwoods Resort Casino. The Hell's Kitchen restaurant opened at the casino in Summer 2023.
Another first for the show is that all 18 competitors are leaders in the kitchens they hail from - this "head chefs only" crew could shake up competitors' egos in Chef Gordon Ramsay's Team Red and Team Blue kitchens.
Cadets from the Coast Guard Academy in New London will accompany Ramsay when the competing chefs meet him for the first time. Nutmeggers can quickly notice the Gold Star Bridge in the sunny background.
Keep checking this page this week as FOX61 previews what to expect from this season, as we get a behind-the-scenes look. Ramsay also shares with FOX61 what he has to say about this season's competition, and he may even give his take on New Haven apizza.
Watch "Hell's Kitchen" on FOX61 every Thursday at 8 p.m. this fall and stick around after the premiere for another exclusive look at the season during FOX61's 10 p.m. newscast.
