NEW HAVEN, Conn. — The Tipperary Cocktail:
- 1 1/2 ounces of Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
- 1 ounce Cinzano Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 ounce Green Chartreuse
- 2 dashes Whiskey Barrel Aged bitters
- Garnish with an orange peel.
Using the mixing glass, fill it with ice and build the cocktail. Stir that cocktail for ten seconds. Strain into the crystal cocktail glass and garnish with an orange peel.
