CONNECTICUT, USA — Meet Seashell! She's looking for her forever home and family!
Seashell is a 4-year-old spayed female pitbull who came to the Connecticut Humane Society by a local animal control partner, the shelter said.
Connecticut Humane Society describes Seashell as a very happy and outgoing pup who has shown a special love of the recent snow!

Seashell can live in a single-family home, and while she doesn't have much experience with children, she would consider sharing her new home with kids over the age of 12 who are gentle and respectful of pets.
The shelter said Seashell doesn't have much experience with other pets in the home either but may like to share her home with another furry friend. She has been respectful and social towards other dogs she's met while at the Connecticut Humane Society.
Seashell was born with a cleft palate. Because of this, she has an increased risk of small amounts of food making it into her nose, causing her to sneeze or have a runny nose. She also has a few teeth near the cleft so it'll be important for her future family to keep up with her annual veterinary check-ups in case they need any additional attention in the future!
You can learn how to adopt Seashell or any other animal from the Connecticut Humane Society here on their website.
