Anyone who has these items in their refrigerators is urged to throw them out or bring them back to the store for a refund.

The USDA is asking delis across the country to clean and sanitize all surfaces and throw out any open meats and cheeses in the deli. It is not clear when the Big Y deli departments will reopen.
