HARTFORD, Conn. — Do you know an individual, non-profit, or business that is making a significant impact in the local community?
United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut and FOX61 invite the public to recognize those who make a significant contribution to health care, housing, financial empowerment and education in Connecticut through the ImpaCT Awards.
Nominations will be open from now until June 21, and the finalists will be announced this summer. Go to CTImpactAwards.org to nominate an individual, group or organization.
Nominees must be over 18 and can only be submitted into one category.
Nominees will be invited to the second annual Impact Awards Ceremony on Oct. 25 at Hartford Marriott Downtown. The ceremony will be broadcast on FOX61 and will be streamed Nov. 1 on FOX61+ in a special one-hour broadcast.
