HARTFORD, Conn. — Police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting in the area of Holcomb Street in the state capital Wednesday evening.
Anthony Swaby, 25, was found inside a car, shot multiple times. He was taken to the hospital, were he was pronounced dead.
