HARTFORD, Conn — A man was taken into custody after a foot chase that ended inside a shop near Park Street and Broad Street Thursday afternoon.
Police say they received a call of a domestic incident at an apartment. Officers who arrived on the scene heard yelling and knocked down the door. The man ran away and tried to hide in a shop in the Parkville neighborhood.
Officers soon caught up to him and arrested him.
The man who has not been identified is facing several charges including two counts of violating a protective order and breach of peace.
