NORWALK, Conn. — A Norwalk man is facing charges after police said he sexually assaulted a minor.
The charges stem from a complaint on October 29 which prompted an investigation by detectives. Officials applied for an arrest warrant for 27-year-old Joan Chacua-Diaz, who turned himself in Sunday.
Sexual Assault 2nd and Risk of Injury to a Child with a $100,000 bond.
