Police identify 2 people dead after 3-car crash in New Haven

Two people were killed during a three-car crash on Middletown Avenue early Saturday morning, according to police.

NEW HAVEN, Conn. — Two people were killed during a three-car crash in New Haven early Saturday morning, according to police.  

The crash happened between 1 and 2 a.m. on Middletown Avenue near Quinnipiac and the Interstate 91 entrance ramp.  

Police say, approximately three or four ambulances took individuals with serious injuries to Yale New Haven Hospital and St. Raphael’s Campus.

The two people who died in the crash were identified by police Sunday as Dajsha Knight and Madysin Hilker.
