HARTFORD, Conn — Police are investigating a crash that seriously injured a pedestrian Monday morning.
A car crashed into pedestrian at 399 Capitol Ave. near Babcock St. around 8:30 am.
One person in the car ran from the scene and was being tracked by Hartford Police K-9s
The driver fled the scene.
