SHELTON, Conn. — Fire departments from Shelton, Ansonia, and Derby are battling a 2-alarm fire on Howe Ave in Shelton right now.
There were no injuries reported. The fire appears to have started in the basement around 3:40 AM. About 100 firefighters were on scene.
The damaged building is more than 100 years old.
