BERLIN, Conn. — Governor Lamont is set to announce Tuesday upgrades that are coming to Connecticut's rail system.
Officials say the upgrades will include the CTrail Hartford Line and Shore Line East – the hope is that they will increase convenience for passengers.
Gov. Lamont will be joined by Department of Transportation officials and state legislators at 11 a.m. at the Berlin Train Station on Depot Road.
