NORWALK, Conn — A fugitive wanted out of San Diego was arrested on Thursday by members of the U.S. Marshals Service and personnel from the Norwalk Police Patrol Division, according to a release from Norwalk police.
Jeffrey Farr, 70, was wanted in California for two felony counts of “lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14,” police said. He was arrested at his residence on East Rocks Road on a full extradition warrant, according to the release.
Police said Farr was booked and charged as a fugitive from justice at Norwalk Police Headquarters.
Farr’s bond was set at $400,000; he was due to appear in court sometime Thursday, according to police.
