Woman killed in Stonington crash

STONINGTON, Conn — One person is dead following a three-vehicle crash on I-95 Thursday morning. 

Barbara Dyer, 78 of North Franklin, died in the crash that happened shortly before noon on I-95 northbound near Exit 91. 

Her Honda Civic was stopped behind a Toyota Tundra when they were struck by a Mazda CX-5, sending the Honda into in a ditch off the right shoulder. The Mazda rolled onto its side and the Toyota remained in its lane. The driver of the Mazda suffered minor injuries. 

This collision remains under investigation. Anyone who witnessed the collision, or has video of the collision, is urged to contact Trooper Brett #691 at 860-848-6500x5
