Governor Lamont extends eviction moratorium

The extension will go through February 9, 2021, and ban evictions until January 2, 2021.

CONNECTICUT, USA — Governor Ned Lamont has signed a new executive order extending the eviction moratorium. 

The order will extend the previously issued moratorium through February 9, 2021, and ban evictions until January 2, 2021. The order will also renew the option to apply a portion of security deposits in excess of one month's toward rent.
