EAST HARTFORD, Conn. — East Hartford police are investigating a fatal shooting at a restaurant on Silver Lane that happened overnight Saturday.
The shooting happened just after 1:20 a.m. at Humacao Restaurant, and a man died from the shooting after being taken to a nearby hosptial, police confirmed. The victim was later identified as Theodore Wallace, of Hartford.
