SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. — The South Windsor Swim & Tennis Club is asking the public for help finding who vandalized its clubhouse Sunday night.
According to the club’s Facebook page, people broke in through the side gate and then gained access to the clubhouse.
The people who broke in ransacked and stole money, threw a computer and defibrillator in the pool and unplugged and opened refrigerators and freezers which ruined hundreds of dollars of food and other things, according to the club.
“Given the nature of the vandalism, it seems personal,” a Facebook post from the club said.
The club said it is offering a $500 reward to anyone who has information that leads to an arrest.
Anyone with information can contact SWSTCPresident@gmail.com or the South Windsor Police Department.
