WETHERSFIELD, Conn. — A domestic disturbance briefly shut down a road in Wethersfield on Saturday afternoon.
Wethersfield police said they received a domestic disturbance complaint at 12:11 p.m. involving a weapon at a residence on Griswold Road
The victim had minor injuries and was treated by Wethersfield Emergency Medical Services. Due to the nature of the call, the area was shut down.
The subject complied with officers and was taken into custody without further incident.
Wethersfield police said that there’s no threat to the community from this incident
