HARTFORD, Conn. — State Police say they are investigating an "officer-involved shooting" in Hartford.
The shooting happened around 9 p.m. on Gilman Street in the city's South End. State Police say the Eastern District Major Crimes Squad (EDMCS) was requested to respond to the scene.
