HARTFORD -- A car fire in the I-84 tunnel in Hartford has caused massive traffic delays. The driver was able to make it out, uninjured.
Emergency crews are on the scene of the fire in the tunnel. Traffic camera show smoke billowing out of tunnel entrances.
The left lanes are now open.
