CHESHIRE — A school bus was struck by a car that had been involved in a crash Thursday morning, police said.
The crash happened at Waterbury and Marion roads shortly before 7 a.m., Sgt. Jeff Sutherland said. The two cars collided, and one hit the bus, he said.
None of the students on the bus was injured, although one of the car’s drivers was transported to an area hospital, Sutherland said. The damage to the bus was so minor, it was able to be driven from the scene, he said.
The scene was cleared by 7:50 a.m.
