NORWALK — Police arrested a Norwalk man Tuesday who received a package in the mail containing 750 grams of MDMA ecstasy.
Investigators set up a delivery of the packages to Lucas’ home. After he signed for and the accepted the packages, he was taken into custody without incident according to police.
Lucas was charged with Possession of a Hallucinogen, Possession of Hallucinogen within 1500 feet of a School, Possession of Hallucinogen with intent to Sell, Possession of Hallucinogen within 1500 feet of a School within Intent to Sell, Possession of Narcotics Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia within 1500 feet of a School, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Drug Factory Setting. He was held on $100,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on August 29.
