DANBURY – Police arrested Juan Garcia-Perales, 37 of Danbury, on Saturday, March 21 at 2:45 a.m. as the result of a sexual assault investigation conducted by the Danbury Police Special Victims Unit.
The sexual assault was reported on February 12, alleging that Garcia-Perales was sexually abusing two 9 year-old females that were known to him, between February 2012 and February 2015.
Garcia-Perales was charged with 2 counts of Sexual Assault in the 1st Degree and 5 counts of Risk of Injury to a Minor, and was held on a $200,000.00 bond.
